- Assist with Financing Strategy. Structuring a comprehensive financial plan that takes the client through various financing and corporate development milestones to provide the right type of capital structure at the right times including the essential valuation of the company.
- General business consulting. Serving as the facilitator to develop strategic and tactical plan to grow the business in a rapidly changing market.
- Succession planning and or exit strategies. Open discussions with business owners to advance a plan to sell or merge their company to a beneficial buyer.
- Prepare and review valuations to facilitate exit strategy. Develop a review or adjusted EBITDA and sales forecast working with leadership to support valuation.
